Personalized, trauma-informed counseling for individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, relationships, life transitions, and more.
Daybreak Counseling is bringing our collaborative approach to Bloomington, Indiana, beginning September 1, 2026.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’re already carrying anxiety, uncertainty, relationship challenges, or major life changes. At Daybreak Counseling, we believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and grounded in who you are, not simply the symptoms you’re experiencing.
Our Bloomington services provide individualized mental health care designed around your goals, experiences, and pace. Whether you’re looking for support with anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, relationships, or a difficult transition, we’re here to help you take the next step.
People come to therapy for many different reasons. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can help you identify what you’re experiencing and determine what kind of support may be most appropriate.
Support for persistent worry, overwhelm, stress, self-doubt, and difficulty finding calm.
Support for intrusive thoughts, compulsions, obsessive doubt, reassurance seeking, and uncertainty.
Compassionate support for low mood, isolation, loss of motivation, and difficult life circumstances.
Trauma-informed therapy focused on safety, trust, emotional regulation, and healing.
Support for relationship challenges, communication, boundaries, conflict, and connection.
Support when life changes leave you feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or stuck.
Kari Davis provides individualized therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, and life adjustments. Her approach is collaborative and compassionate, helping clients better understand their experiences while developing practical tools for meaningful change.
Kari draws from evidence-based therapeutic approaches and works with each client to create a treatment experience that feels supportive, purposeful, and tailored to their goals.
There is no single approach that works for everyone. Kari works collaboratively with clients to determine which therapeutic approaches best fit their goals, concerns, and comfort level.
Your therapy is shaped around your experiences, goals, and needs rather than a one-size-fits-all formula.
You remain an active participant in your care. We work together to determine what feels helpful and appropriate.
Across Daybreak, we prioritize safety, trust, consent, and respect for each person’s unique experiences.
