About Kari

Kari Davis is a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) in both Iowa and Indiana with extensive experience supporting children, families, and older adults who have experienced trauma. She has worked in residential programs, in-home services, and nursing facilities, gaining experience with individuals and families across the lifespan.

Kari is currently pursuing her Independent Licensure and is passionate about guiding clients toward growth, resilience, and meaningful healing.

Kari strives to create a supportive, laid-back, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe exploring their experiences and working through barriers. Her goal is to help clients build confidence, improve relationships, and develop strategies that support long-term emotional wellbeing.

Outside of work, Kari is a mother of three and manages a lively household filled with pets on her family’s cattle farm. She coaches her children’s sports, including basketball, softball, and volleyball, and is a proud Indiana Hoosiers fan.

Her life outside the therapy room reflects the same grounded, steady presence she brings to her clinical work.
