Katelyn Wallace is a Master’s Social Work intern through the University of Iowa with a passion for supporting the connection between mind and body. She believes mental well-being does not exist in isolation and is interested in understanding the different emotional, physical, and lifestyle factors that can influence how a person feels.
Katelyn has a particular interest in holistic approaches to care, including nutrition, movement, and somatic work. She values creating a supportive space where clients can better understand their experiences, recognize patterns, develop practical strategies, and work toward meaningful change.
She works with adolescents ages 12+ and adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression, tailoring therapy to the individual needs, experiences, and goals of each client.
