Jeremy Voss is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. His professional background is diverse and community-focused, including work with veterans, experience teaching in elementary schools, and leadership within nonprofit community development organizations. These experiences have shaped a practical, collaborative approach to therapy that emphasizes partnership, flexibility, and meaningful change.
Jeremy is a Purple Heart Army veteran and brings both lived experience and clinical expertise to his work, particularly when supporting veterans, parents, and teachers navigating stress, transition, or burnout.

Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) for OCD
He primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and exposure-based interventions. He also integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) when helpful to support deeper insight and lasting change.
Jeremy believes therapy works best as a partnership. Together, he and his clients identify patterns, develop steady coping skills, ease difficult thoughts, and create change that feels realistic and aligned with what matters most. His style is supportive, grounded, and collaborative. He meets clients where they are and moves forward one step at a time.

Outside of therapy, Jeremy is a Purple Heart Army veteran who has coached high school football and Little League baseball. He spent many years as a substitute teacher in West Des Moines. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors and playing board games with his family.
