If your insurance plan is not one we are in-network with, we can provide services using out-of-network benefits through a Superbill. Please reach out to us for more information.
If you don’t see your insurance plan listed, please reach out to inquire. This list includes the primary plans we work with but is not all-encompassing

Every insurance plan is different, so it’s best to check with your plan’s customer service/specific plan details to see if mental health coverage is included in yours and if/what out of pocket costs there will be. Look over your coverage thoroughly. A few helpful questions are:

What are the mental health benefits in my plan?
What is the coverage amount per session? Out of pocket amount I’ll be responsible for?
How many therapy sessions are covered under my plan?
How much does my insurance plan pay for out-of-network providers?
Does my plan require approval from a primary care physician?
Are there any limits to physical locations that I can receive coverage for?
