Holly Bulver is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults.
Holly offers both in-person appointments on Mondays and telehealth services throughout the week, allowing care to be tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
She is especially passionate about women’s mental health, including ADHD in women, neurodivergence, and perinatal support.

She works with individuals new to medication as well as those who have tried multiple treatments without achieving the relief they hoped for.
Holly’s approach is collaborative, holistic, and education-focused. She values shared decision-making and ensures clients understand their diagnosis, medication options, potential benefits, and possible side effects.
Whenever possible, she reviews prior medication records to better understand what has or has not worked in the past. This helps guide thoughtful, personalized treatment planning.

She has worked with individuals from age five through ninety-eight and is comfortable supporting clients across the lifespan.
Holly prioritizes active listening, respect, and a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe engaging in treatment and asking questions.
Holly’s nursing experience spans long-term care, assisted living, hospice, surgical settings, clinical leadership, and mental health services. She ultimately found her professional home in psychiatric care, where she could focus on understanding the root causes of symptoms and helping individuals improve quality of life through thoughtful medication management.
Outside of her clinical work, Holly enjoys reading and researching new treatment approaches to stay current with advances in mental health care. She values time with her three children, son-in-law, and pets, enjoys traveling to warm destinations, and is an avid plant enthusiast who loves collecting and growing a wide variety of plants.
