Alexis Lively is a Licensed Independent Social Worker who provides therapy for children, teens, adults, and older adults. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their journey at their own pace.
Alexis believes therapy is not about being “broken.” It is about building tools to better understand yourself, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.
She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Colorado State University and has experience in community-based, school-based, and long-term care settings. Her diverse background allows her to support clients across the lifespan with flexibility and care.

Outside of work, Alexis enjoys reading, listening to music, practicing and teaching yoga, including children’s yoga, going on walks, exploring new places with friends, and spending time with her husband and cats.
