Who benefits from therapy?
Therapy is commonly used to treat conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life adjustments. Many people who don’t have these conditions, but are struggling with their relationships, life stress, changes, and daily conflicts, will also seek therapy to help them find healthy tools to process and handle these things in a neutral and confidential space.
